Starting Over in 2006

Here's my ticker for 2006. My weigh-ins are on Sundays.

On the 3FatChicks.com forum, I am participating in a Valentine's Day Challenge to lose 5 percent of my body weight. That means 8 pounds. So, I will probably be using this ticker (below) until then.

Introduction

My name's Erika, I'm 19, and I am currently a sophomore in college. I have been trying to lose weight ever since I was 17. My highest weight was 185-190 pounds. My lowest weight throughout this weight loss journey has been 152 pounds. My goal weight is to be 130 pounds, which is a nice, healthy weight for my height.

I plan to lose weight the way I have been doing which is on my own through counting calories and exercising many times a week.
